Our Rental Fleet

You can rent a kayak for a pleasurable day paddle in local waters or paddle one of our touring kayaks away for an extended excursion. Ask our knowledgeable staff for recommendations to suit your paddling style and experience. Our rental fleet consists of top of the line Necky kayaks, which are kept in tip-top shape by our staff.

All kayak rentals are equipped with the safety gear recommended by the Canadian Coast Guard.

Kayak Rentals include spray skirts, paddle, spare paddle, pump, towline, PFD and whistle.

FREE DELIVERY on the peninsula

Rental fees up to 120.00 cd can be used towards the purchase of your own kayak.

Do not enter into this sport without training by a professionally certified kayak instructor.

All participants will sign a Liability Waiver.


TEN RULES TO SAFE PADDLING

  1. Always wear your life jacket
  2. Don't Cruise with booze
  3. Keep your balance. Don't overload your kayak
  4. Stay low. Don't stand up in your boat
  5. Learn to exit and re-enter your capsized kayak
  6. Dress for the conditions, Hypothermia is a danger any time of the year
  7. Make a plan and let someone know where you're going and when you will return
  8. Never paddle alone
  9. Know how to maneuver your kayak, forward, back and sideways and how to stop using paddling strokes
  10. Take a kayak course
